Welcome to Yorkeys Knob OSHC — a place where children can learn, laugh, play, and feel right at home!
The Yorkeys Knob State School P&C Association proudly runs our Outside School Hours Care program on the school grounds, giving families a safe, friendly, and exciting space for children before and after school, as well as during school holidays and pupil‑free days.
At Yorkeys Knob OSHC, every day is an adventure. Our team creates a warm, play‑based environment where children can explore, imagine, make friends, and discover new interests. Guided by My Time, Our Place, we focus on helping children feel confident, supported, and inspired to grow.
We love celebrating what makes each child unique — their abilities, cultures, families, personalities, and passions. By working closely with parents and carers, we make sure every child feels included, valued, and part of our OSHC family. Our activities encourage creativity, teamwork, problem‑solving, and plenty of hands‑on fun that builds resilience and life skills.
To keep little minds and bodies fuelled, we provide a nutritious breakfast during Before School Care and Vacation Care, and a healthy afternoon tea during After School Care. It's all part of helping children feel energised, happy, and ready for whatever the day brings.
All Yorkeys Knob State School students from Prep to Year 6 are welcome to join OSHC. If your child needs extra support — medical, behavioural, or disability‑related — simply contact our Operations Manager to arrange a friendly chat before enrolment so we can plan together for a smooth start.
Operating Hours
- Before School Care: 6.30am – 8.30am
- After School Care: 3.00pm – 6.00pm
- Vacation Care: 6.30am – 6:00pm
